(January 27, 1999) -- Intertainer, Inc., the only interactive broadband network providing a full spectrum of entertainment-on-demand to both the cable and telco industries, announced today comprehensive content deals with Columbia TriStar Television Group, Warner Bros. and CINAR Corporation.

These new licensing agreements enhance the Intertainer service with guaranteed rights to new titles, such as Lethal Weapon IV, Godzilla, City of Angels, The Busy World of Richard Scarry and many others.

"Intertainer has reached the next milestone in fulfilling our vision of creating a one-stop entertainment-on-demand source for people who love movies, television and music through great companies like Warner Bros., Columbia TriStar Television Group and CINAR," said co-founder and co-chair Richard Baskin.

The Columbia TriStar Television Group, Warner Bros. and CINAR Corporation contracts provide Intertainer extensive access to first run pay-per-view and library movies, music, concerts and special-interest titles of all kinds. Both Columbia TriStar Television Group and Warner Bros. also have agreed to work with Intertainer on programming specifically for the Intertainer service. This agreement will make it possible for parents to constantly provide educational television shows to their children."
