SONY MUSIC TO LICENSE MUSIC VIDEOS AND LONGFORM CONCERTS TO INTERTAINER FOR ENTERTAINMENT-ON-DEMAND
CULVER CITY, Calif. and NEW YORK, Ny. -- (June 15, 1999) - Intertainer, Inc. and Sony Music Entertainment today announced that Sony Music will provide longform videos, concerts and short from music videos for the first time via a broadband platform. The programming will span a variety of genres such as rock, classical, country, jazz, folk, blues, hip-hop and children's entertainment. Through the agreement, the content may be viewed for a twenty-four hour period and watched in full with unlimited viewing during that period.
"The agreement with Sony Music expands our selection of music programming to include content from one of the worldwide leaders in the global music industry," said Richard Baskin, Intertainer co-founder and co-chief executive officer. "In addition, the agreement enables us to provide an entirely new experience for the user - the ability to watch music videos in full motion."

Sony Music's video catalogue will enhance Intertainer's ever-growing library of content, which already includes entertainment programming from major media companies such as Disney Channel, Columbia Tri-Star Television, Warner Brothers, Dreamworks, and CINAR Corporation.
